Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Every product at Spa Theory is created for your complete satisfaction and we are inclined to serve you better at every stage of your purchase.

Please refer to our Return/Refund policy if you wish to return an item:

1. Return of a product is only eligible in the following cases :

• If a product is damaged at the time of delivery
• Wrong product is sent from our end

2. In this case the customer shall inform us within 72 hours of receiving the order with a valid image proof. You can write to us at wellness@spatheory.in
3. Returns will only be accepted if the products are not damaged, unopened and unused. To keep things fair, we must ensure this.
4. A reverse pick up will be generated with our courier partner once the return requested is accepted.
5. Once we receive the product, we will gladly issue a refund from our end and it would take 7-21 days to reflect in your bank account.
6. All claims for wrong products or damages must be reported at wellness@spatheory.in on the day of delivery
7. In any case, if a prepaid order is not delivered a refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days via the same mode of payment.
8. Please note we do not offer any exchanges on any sale
